As a French-speaking Senior Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and order management support. Based at our Shared Service Center in Budapest, you will work alongside a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering world-class service and excellence in a diverse back-office environment.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of order management process activities
Open tickets in ticketing tool and place the installation order in SAP
Assign and schedule Engineers to the field if required
Drive status of installation orders to completion
Maintain and develop excellent relationship with different departments
Document and track all required information and daily data
Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints that require further attention
Provide expertise, guidance, and support to colleagues as necessary
Build and maintain relationships with field service technicians, sales department, dispatching team, and additional accounts within the business unit
Contribute to the assessment of processes and related improvement ideas
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
Equivalent experience or a Government Body award required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Fluency in both written and verbal English is needed
French language knowledge is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving desired outcomes
Attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace
Process improvement mentality
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
Experience with SAP and C4S is preferred
