ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer Commercial Oncology is introducing the world to the next era of cancer care. With a growing portfolio of novel therapies, industry-leading R&D, and a goal of delivering eight breakthroughs by 2030 across major cancer types, we're translating cutting-edge science into market-shaping impact. Here, you'll partner with exceptional colleagues across scientific, medical, and manufacturing teams, backed by advanced digital and AI-enabled infrastructure and the authority to accelerate medicines from discovery to delivery. Guided by our values of courage, excellence, equity, and joy, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your skills and build a career that evolves with you—across teams, roles, and the Pfizer enterprise. Join us to make history — for patients, for their families, for the future.

At Pfizer Oncology, our mission is to "Outdo Cancer" by developing transformative therapies that make a meaningful impact for patients. Pfizer Oncology currently boasts an industry-leading portfolio spanning genitourinary (GU) cancers—including bladder and prostate—as well as breast, hematology-oncology, gastrointestinal-oncology, and thoracic cancers. The US Prostate Cancer Business is one of the largest and fastest growing businesses within Pfizer. It is anchored by a multibillion-dollar asset in XTANDI, as well as the more recently launched products in ORGOVYX and Talzenna (talazoparib) in metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

Talzenna launched its first indication in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (TALAPRO-2) in June 2023, and we are growing its market presence in HRR-mutated mCRPC while preparing for a potential future indication in HRR-mutated metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) (TALAPRO-3). With this lifecycle opportunity, TALZENNA has the potential to deliver over $1B in peak revenues globally and contribute meaningfully to our growing Prostate portfolio.

The Talzenna Consumer Marketing Lead is a critical role on the team, offering an experienced consumer marketer the opportunity to own all aspects of the Talzenna consumer marketing mix and be part of a mission-driven, innovative, and talented team of diverse colleagues. The Consumer Lead will drive the strategic direction and vision for Talzenna patient marketing efforts across the brand’s key pillars of Test, Treat, and Maintain. Responsibilities include overseeing an omnichannel patient CRM campaign, driving TP-3 launch tactics, leading enhanced testing and therapy management messaging, and recruiting patient ambassadors to develop authentic content. This role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful patient education initiatives that empower patients to take an active role in their treatment choices.

This role will also serve as the Breast Cancer lead, monitoring indication performance and updating both HCP and Consumer resources as needed. The role requires strong strategic, communication, and analytical thinking as well as creativity, judgment, and decision-making skills.  An ideal candidate will bring strong patient marketing experience and a strategic mindset to lead and innovate in all aspects of engagement with patients, caregivers, and patient advocacy group. This position will report to the Sr Dir, US Talzenna Marketing Team Lead within US Oncology.
