In the role of Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The position requires overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity. This role demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and deliverables, while also identifying opportunities to optimize and innovate testing methodologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to support quality assurance activities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess testing requirements and develop effective automation strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and testing processes.
- Familiarity with integration of automation solutions within broader software development and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
