Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the developed solutions effectively support organizational objectives. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and a focus on delivering high-quality, customized software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software customization.
- Document application designs and configurations to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project tasks.
- Continuously evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to optimize performance and usability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing Oracle applications to meet unique business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques related to Oracle environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
