Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires working with cloud-based or on-premises environments to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer actively applies generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities and may engage in developing components such as deep learning frameworks, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing modules. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into existing and new applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and deploying AI applications in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence and its practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures, neural networks, and chatbot development.
- Ability to develop and optimize image processing algorithms.
- Skilled in building production-ready AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
