Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to integrate Tricentis Tosca with various development and testing tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Tricentis Tosca.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
