Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring of system performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly, and coordinating with various teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations. The position demands a proactive approach to managing system stability and availability, ensuring that all operational commitments are fulfilled consistently throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and support enterprise desktop management environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Lead implementation, administration, and optimization of:
Windows 365 (W365)
Microsoft Intune
SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
Operating System Deployment (OSD)
Design and manage endpoint lifecycle processes including:
Device provisioning
Software deployment
Patch management
Compliance management
Endpoint security
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
Implement and support digital employee experience monitoring using Nexthink.
Work on automation and orchestration using Ansible.
Support Modern Workplace and endpoint transformation initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, and endpoint management issues.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and service delivery teams.
Participate in client discussions, governance calls, and technical workshops.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Additional Information:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.



Relevant certifications are preferred:
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager certifications
SCCM / MECM certifications
ITIL Foundation
Azure certifications
Preferred Experience
Experience in enterprise desktop transformation programs.
Exposure to Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives.
Experience supporting global clients and large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of automation and self-healing solutions in EUC environments.



- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
