Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and agile project delivery techniques.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
