Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes designing and executing migration strategies that ensure applications and data are moved efficiently and securely. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement scalable and high-performance cloud solutions, supporting the organization s goals for innovation and operational excellence. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration plans are part of daily activities to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall migration capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation plans during migration projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure components and migration tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze existing IT environments and design migration pathways.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
