In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and technical outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable financial software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI CO and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP financial modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
