Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those requirements into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the solutions developed accurately reflect the business demands and contribute to seamless integration across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
