Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business needs and adapting applications accordingly, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the existing technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Should know about WMS and how to work on mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in documenting technical specifications and maintaining application documentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
