- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile environments and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in integrating software components across diverse systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of software applications to meet business needs.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
