Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring SharePoint Online environments to support business needs.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online services and integrations.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks within SharePoint Online.
- Knowledge of cloud service models and best practices for maintaining secure and scalable SharePoint environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
