Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to and supports the execution of the business area’s strategic direction and HR agenda.
  • Lead multidisciplinary HR projects across recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance, people, employee relations, and change.
  • Liaise with senior management to define business needs and tailor HR and employee relations solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for complex HR policy issues, advice, and guidance.
  • Guide, mentors, and challenges manager on the application of HR and employee relations practices.
  • Ensure HR interventions are integrated, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive and supports the development and implementation of cultural and organizational change plans.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, collective agreements, and local employment laws.
  • Monitor employee relations trends and resolves ER issues, managing risk and liaising with appropriate experts as needed.
  • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and any adhoc increases which focus on performance management and talent development.
  • Nurture Performance Driven Culture - Consult and Coach Managers on understanding AZ Performance Framework, Driving Performance Discussions and Addressing Underperformance.
  • Lead Pulse Survey & Culture transformation agenda – Ensuring employee participation, Focus Group discussion with employees on Pulse Insights, Action Planning with Leadership basis FGDs and Pulse insights, Handholding Leaders in driving action plan implementation and progress.
  • Plan and steer employee engagement initiatives to promote synergies and spirit of camaraderie amongst employees (Employee Connect, Leadership, People Manager Connect).
