The Sr. Product Manager will lead vision, roadmap, and execution for Hydra products within Amazon's WW Ops Finance Standardization and Automation organization. The critical functions for this leader are as follows:
Own one or more products in Hydra ecosystem:
- Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.
- Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics
- Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners

We build scalable products for planning, forecasting, month-end closing, bridging, and reporting for 2,400 finance users who manage $200B+ in operational costs. Our north star: We want Standard financial processes to run autonomously. AI powers complex decisions and finance professionals spend their time on strategy and insight instead of moving data around.
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
