Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in development and leading/co-leading small sized development teams
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in KYC, Compliance, AML is plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of complex systems using React, Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, Workflow technologies.
- Implement microservices-based solutions with focus on scalability, reliability and performance.
- Ensure high quality through effective code reviews, static code analysis and performance optimization.
- Integrate systems with workflow and rules engine.
