COUNTRY BRAND MANAGER - PHILIPPINES
(ADULT VACCINES)
Role Description
The Country Brand Manager, Adult Vaccines will translate the Philippines Adult Vaccines direction into disciplined, compliant, and measurable execution. The role connects plans, people, data, and processes across the business, providing hands-on support to the Adult Vaccines growth engines: strengthen HCP advocacy and adoption, improve retail conversion, and expand access through channel partners and emerging pathways. The incumbent drives operational effectiveness through integrated workplans, clear ownership, timely decision support, strong cross-functional collaboration, and active follow-through from approval to deployment and performance review. The role applies AI and digital tools responsibly to improve productivity, insight generation, content adaptation, project management, and execution quality. This is an execution-focused and enabling role. The incumbent contributes market insights and implementation feedback, while overall brand strategy, brand plan ownership, and long-range portfolio direction remain with the Marketing Lead and Country Brand Lead. All activities must comply with company policies, SOPs, Pfizer values, global guidance, and applicable requirements, including MAPP and FCPA.
Key Responsibilities
The role supports delivery of agreed Philippines Adult Vaccines priorities through disciplined execution, strong collaboration, and practical enablement of the business engines.
• Translate approved brand priorities into integrated tactical plans, critical-path timelines, RACI/ownership maps, implementation trackers, and clear success measures.
• Enable the HCP advocacy and adoption engine by coordinating scientific and promotional programs, field-force readiness, approved tools, local implementation, and structured field feedback.
• Enable the retail conversion engine by coordinating customer plans, pharmacist and vaccination-center education, approved consumer or patient programs, omnichannel activities, material deployment, and branch-level execution follow-through.
• Enable the access and reach engine by supporting channel-partner, non-covered HCP, workplace, institutional, and other approved initiatives, including execution requirements, training, governance, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the day-to-day execution integrator across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Safety, Supply, Finance, Access, procurement, agencies, and other relevant partners; surface dependencies early and drive closure.
• Manage approved material workflows from briefing and content adaptation through review, approval routing, production, deployment, version control, and expiry or withdrawal management.
• Strengthen operational control by tracking A&P, purchase orders, accrual inputs, vendor deliverables, inventory or material availability, activity status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Build concise performance views that connect activity completion to leading indicators, such as HCP activation and productivity, retail exit-dose or conversion measures, channel-partner productivity, new account activation, and other agreed KPIs.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to accelerate first drafts, summarize insights, identify execution gaps, automate repeatable work, and improve reporting quality, while maintaining human review, data privacy, accuracy, compliance, and appropriate documentation.
• Prepare monthly business updates, decision notes, post-activity reviews, and recommended next actions; escalate material risks, resource constraints, or cross-functional blockers promptly.
• Embed an agile execution mindset by prioritizing high-impact work, testing approved approaches, learning quickly, standardizing what works, and stopping or correcting low-value activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the hiring manager.

• Accurate A&P, purchase-order, vendor, KPI, and activity-performance tracking, with actionable monthly updates for the Marketing Lead and Country Brand Lead.
