Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with team members to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance. Problem-solving and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that the software remains efficient and effective in supporting business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud to align with business needs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce Revenue Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
