As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for products on the Echo roadmap. You will own ensuring our customers and business continue to succeed across all of the in market products.
This role is inherently cross-functional -- you will work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, finance, and executive teams to manage the large portfolio of in home Echo products.
A successful candidate will be a big thinker, strong owner, results oriented leader, and highly analytical. This candidate will be able to work extremely effectively in a cross-functional organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and experiences that customers love.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the monthly business review process as the primary mechanism for device performance inspection and cross-functional action; leverage data and telemetry to discover and mitigate customer-facing pain points
- Drive feature improvements across multiple technology stacks to lead global upgrade conversion and new customer acquisition strategy, delivering sustained adoption and performance across the installed base at scale
- Define the sustaining product roadmap including device improvements, experience enhancements, and cost optimization programs
- Develop a product lifecycle management and strategy plan across the portfolio
- Shape how next-generation capabilities are delivered across device hardware generations with varying compute profiles
- Translate device performance data, upgrade funnel analytics, and life cycle management impact analysis into investment priorities

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
