Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Platform Engineering

  • Build, enhance, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
  • Design and develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
  • Support platform standardization, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in Kubernetes cluster lifecycle activities, including provisioning, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Automation & DevOps

  • Develop and enhance CI-CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
  • Automate operational, governance, security, and compliance processes.
  • Create reusable platform modules and engineering blueprints.

Reliability & Operations

  • Participate in platform support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness improvements.
  • Support production stability and drive reduction of operational toil.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and platform scalability initiatives.

Security & Compliance

  • Partner with Cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and remediation activities.
  • Support vulnerability management and platform hardening efforts.
  • Ensure infrastructure solutions align with enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Work closely with application teams to onboard workloads to cloud platforms.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational runbooks.
