Citi is looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to join its Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) onboarding team, playing a key role in delivering accurate and timely account opening and maintenance services for internal stakeholders. In this role, you will manage end-to-end documentation processing and account administration functions that directly support the quality and efficiency of Citi's client onboarding operations. This is an opportunity to build deep operational expertise within a structured, process-driven environment at one of the world's leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end account opening and maintenance process, including documentation issuance, review, system setup, and daily tracking of in-progress and pending cases to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle physical document processing and scanning activities as part of the daily operational workflow, maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation throughout.
  • Monitor service delivery against defined service level agreements, identifying gaps and implementing process adjustments to consistently meet quality and efficiency targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve account-related queries, escalate issues where appropriate, and maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication throughout.
