Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. Throughout the day, the engineer coordinates with team members, manages timelines, and oversees the integration of different components to deliver a cohesive and functional product.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by managing tasks effectively.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software systems to optimize performance and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: React.js, API Testing, Angular.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
