Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Conga CPQ implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
