Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to cloud-managed security operations. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures while supporting business needs and performance expectations in a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security architectures that support cloud-based applications and services.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to identity management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls seamlessly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
