Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business process and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document software design and configuration processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Planisware.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions to align with business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Planisware.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
