Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business needs into functional software solutions, ensuring that applications are both efficient and scalable. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align technical development with organizational goals, continuously refining and enhancing software components to support evolving business demands. The workday is dynamic, balancing creative problem-solving with methodical implementation to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and responsibilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
