The US 3P Selling Partner team is seeking a Category Performance Manager to shape the future of our 3P business. This role will own end to end seller businesses within the Hardlines categories, and offers a unique opportunity to drive large scale, high visibility strategic projects across a variety of internal teams.

In this role, you will drive product, program, and process enhancements that drive long-term growth and improved customer experience. Responsibilities include expanding product selection, improving product availability, building strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally) and driving improvements to the Amazon third party platform. This role will have a high degree of autonomy and will be able to influence across a broad range of teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, managing multiple initiatives with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. They are analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
