Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative AI models into projects, while also exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
- Assist in documenting technical processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate AI system performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with various NLP techniques such as text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to NLP tasks.
- Ability to preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of deploying AI models in cloud environments or on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing AI model performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
