Associate Director | Industry Client Account Lead

O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:

• Sólida experiência no setor de Recursos Naturais, preferencialmente em mineração, metais, siderurgia ou indústria de base.
• Histórico comprovado em liderança e gestão de contas estratégicas, desenvolvimento de negócios e relacionamento executivo com clientes.
• Excelente comunicação, capacidade de influência e facilidade para construir relacionamentos em diferentes níveis organizacionais.
• Experiência na coordenação de múltiplos times e na gestão de stakeholders internos e externos em ambientes complexos e matriciais.
• Perfil consultivo, colaborativo, organizado e orientado à geração de resultados para o cliente.

Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:

• Ensino superior completo.
• Inglês fluente.
• Experiência no relacionamento e na condução de discussões com executivos C-Level.
• Vivência em transformação de negócios, estratégia, operações ou consultoria.
• Conhecimento das dinâmicas, desafios e oportunidades dos segmentos de mineração, metais e siderurgia.
