As a Vice President, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight in investment analytics, driving best practices and minimizing risk through thought leadership and process excellence. You will lead a team of analysts, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery while mentoring and developing their expertise in investment performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee complex client portfolios across all plan types, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery in collaboration with senior team leads and analysts.
Lead client engagements—both virtual and in-person—covering performance methodology, benchmark construction, performance reporting, plan structures, and scenario analysis.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the full Performance and Analytics product suite, identifying solutions and opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
Champion client-facing technology, driving adoption and training for both internal and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
Ensure client deliverables and performance metrics are met, maintaining documentation and adhering to risk and compliance standards. Develop and execute remediation plans as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that elevate client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in investment performance or analytics.
At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong technical proficiency in investment reporting platforms, performance methodologies and data analysis tools.
CFA or CIPM certification preferred.
Salary Range:
$115,000 - $197,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
