Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft proposals that not only meet client expectations but also provide clear business value. The position demands a strategic mindset to ensure that solutions are both feasible and aligned with client objectives, fostering strong partnerships and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solution design with client goals.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration strategies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on innovative and practical approaches.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- A 15 years full time education is required. Certified in Workday Data Conversion.
