What You'll Do:
• Own and deliver ambiguous, very large, and complex programs that span multiple organizations and technology domains
• Identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies, system architectures, and engineering organizational structures
• Influence and advise VP-level leadership across Prime Video, MGM Studios, and Amazon Entertainment on technical investment decisions, organizational alignment, and long-term platform strategy
• Force-multiply across the TPM community — establish frameworks, mechanisms, and best practices that elevate the effectiveness of multiple teams and programs simultaneously
• Drive clarity in highly ambiguous environments where the business strategy, architectural approach, and even the problem definition may not yet exist

What You Bring:
• 10+ years of technical program management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering very large, cross-organizational programs
• Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems, platform architecture, and the ability to evaluate and influence architectural strategies across multiple engineering organizations
• Executive-level communication and influence skills, with experience advising VP-level leaders and aligning competing priorities across organizational boundaries

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
