Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to align technical solutions with business objectives, fostering collaboration and driving project success through effective communication and leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate clear communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project workflows effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
