We are looking for a technical builder who can translate people science into production grade tools and interfaces. This role bridges the gap between research insights (skills taxonomies, evaluation frameworks, talent models) and the teams who need to act on them, turning complex science into usable products for HR and business leaders.

This is not zero to one invention work or horizontal platform building. It is taking validated proofs of concept and making them real, scalable solutions for specific talent problems in our business.

Key job responsibilities
Take proofs of concept and turn them into production ready systems

Apply product management thinking: scoping problems, prioritizing builds, defining MVPs, and iterating based on user feedback from HR and business stakeholders

Work cross functionally and collaboratively to understand existing constraints and opportunities;

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
