Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements.
- Familiarity with integration of custom software components within enterprise environments.
- Ability to optimize software performance and scalability in dynamic business contexts.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
