Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive engineering support to develop and implement technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. This role requires engaging in detailed analysis and problem-solving across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with multiple teams to ensure that engineering solutions are practical, effective, and contribute to the overall success of projects, while continuously applying scientific, socio-economic, and technical knowledge to enhance outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate engineering practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- Strong understanding of wireless communication principles and network architecture.
- Experience with network design, optimization, and troubleshooting in 5G environments.
- Familiarity with radio frequency planning and spectrum management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and advancements in wireless technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
