Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous interaction with different teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and support the organization's objectives. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into clear and effective data designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Document data modeling processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data models using graph database technologies.
- Strong understanding of data relationships and schema design principles specific to graph databases.
- Ability to optimize graph queries and improve database performance.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools relevant to graph data environments.
- Experience in collaborating with data architects and developers to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
