The AFT Fulfillment Science team is seeking an innovative, intellectually curious, results-oriented technology leader who will be responsible for driving our product roadmap and aligning cross-functionally both in terms of guiding the design/development within our group and getting the work prioritized across multiple teams/stakeholders. In this role as Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will work closely with Sr. Leaders, stakeholders, scientists, software engineers, and product teams across AFT to deliver on highly complex, ambiguous business problems that require cross-org (e.g. Robotics, Operations, Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT), Transportation Management, etc) innovations and project delivery activities. In this role you're expected to work across stakeholders to ensure large cross portfolio programs are planned and executed successfully. You will represent AFT Fulfillment Science in cross organizational planning and reporting forums for these critical programs.

You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. This role provides clear, comprehensive and timely status updates, including decisions made, tradeoffs and any escalations needed to remove obstacles to all stakeholders. You will need strong judgment. Our leaders have a lot of ownership and autonomy so they need to be right a lot. Finally, you’ll need to be able to invent and simplify which is what we do every day on AFT teams.
