About the Team and the Role
We are looking for a Consultant and Manager to join our Talent team in Helsinki. As part of our Netherlands & Nordics Talent practice, you will help clients transform their businesses by bringing together people, technology, and Accenture’s global capabilities.
Our Talent team addresses complex challenges across talent strategy and development, organizational change management, and HR transformation. Our work spans operating models, HR technology and analytics, the future of work, and AI adoption. We bring a strong people and organization perspective to large-scale transformations. As a Talent Reinvention Manager or Consultant, you will lead and contribute to client engagements, help clients solve complex business and people challenges, build trusted relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

About You
You have a relevant background in management consulting, with strong experience in transformational change, capability development, and workforce reinvention. Your project experience may include roles such as Change Lead or AI adoption Consultant, Business Project Manager, Workforce Transformation Lead or Consultant.
You are passionate about the people side of business transformation and motivated to deepen your expertise and distinctive perspective across our Talent offering through continuous learning, collaboration, and strong internal and external professional networks.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities, and adapting to changing timelines. Most importantly, you are a collaborative colleague and coach who contributes to a positive, psychologically safe environment where everyone can be themselves.
Requirements
Depending on the career level, 5–10 years of relevant experience in workforce transformation, change leadership, operating models, organizational development, or talent development
Previous management consulting experience and strong consulting skills
Strong self-leadership skills, together with experience leading others and coaching junior colleagues
Experience in complex, technology-enabled transformations and a solid understanding of how workforce reinvention helps realize the value of AI and automation investments
A commercial mindset, the ability to build and maintain business networks, and a talent for identifying new opportunities for clients
Experience in one or more of the following industries: retail, industrial, financial services, communications, media, high tech, or the public sector
Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams in a global environment
Professional proficiency in English and Finnish
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or behavioral and social sciences
