Within the Services organization, this role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation.
Under BMI, Payment Performance Intelligence Program's Global Product Management team is seeking an accomplished technology-focused Product Manager to support the evolution of its products to include AI intelligence. This person will be part of a team of product managers that oversee key activities including execution of the AI product strategy, management of the roadmap, shaping the product platform architecture and the creation of technical requirements.
This individual will partner closely with other members of the Global Product Management team including data scientists to support development of Gen AI chatbot use cases & agentic services and ensuring product priorities are well-aligned with strategic objectives. This individual will also be the key collaborator with the Platform team to shape the long-term vision for the product and ensure efficient development execution.

Role
• Define and own the AI product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Payment Performance Intelligence.
• Identify high-value use cases for GenAI, chatbots, agentic services, predictive insights, and self-service analytics.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into scalable product capabilities and clear technical requirements.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Platform, Commercial, Risk, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver AI products from discovery through launch.
• Drive prioritization decisions based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and responsible AI considerations.
• Establish measurable success metrics and ensure product outcomes are repeatable, scalable, and aligned to business goals.
• Influence senior stakeholders, communicate roadmap progress, and build alignment on risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Coach product teams and help build organizational capability in AI product management, experimentation, and continuous learning.
All About You
• Extensive experience in agile product management for analytics, data insights, AI-enabled, or financial services products.
• Strong understanding of AI product strategy, GenAI use cases, data monetization, predictive insights, and self-service analytics.
• Proven ability to convert customer problems and market opportunities into product vision, business cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Risk, Legal, Security, and Compliance.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and articulate customer and business impact.
• People leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams across diverse geographies.
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience required; technical background, payments experience, or advanced product certification preferred.
