Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, your day revolves around developing prototype solutions that enhance the overall user interaction with software products. You will focus on transforming design ideas into tangible prototypes swiftly, ensuring a harmonious balance between the intended design and the practical technical aspects. Your role involves continuous collaboration with various teams to refine user experience, addressing challenges creatively to deliver seamless and engaging interfaces that meet project goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback for improving user experience.
- Assist in documenting design processes and prototype iterations to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in prototype development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design improvements.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts to assess technical feasibility of design solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
