Role Summary
The Workplace Health & Safety Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience team is seeking a Safety Program Manager to develop, implement, sustain, and improve Amazon’s safety programs, policies, and procedures. Key job responsibilities
• Strategy and Program Development: Use analytical methodologies and industry best practices to develop highly effective programs tailored to the unique needs of the organization.
• Program Deployment: Lead the integration and implementation of Amazon’s safety programs, procedures, and trainings in the field to improve safety programs.
• Communication and Engagement: Drive awareness through effective communication and learning strategies, ensuring high levels of leadership, associate engagement, and participation in launched programs.
• Project Management: Manage projects within defined timelines and budgets, anticipate project risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies while communicating project updates to leadership.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendor partners to drive alignment, adoption, project milestones, and deliverables.

The candidate must be skilled at anticipating and resolving problems, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders across multiple geographies.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
