Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development efforts and ensures alignment with project goals through continuous communication and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve application architecture and processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and platforms.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with data modeling, security configurations, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
