Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. The Business Process Architect also participates in quality management reviews to ensure all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role involves educating various stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs and their implications across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in process design and business process modeling techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to drive process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage stakeholders at various levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
