Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Good to have skills : SAP MM Materials Management, SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are clearly defined and met. The position also includes participating in quality management activities to verify that business and design specifications are fulfilled. Additionally, the role involves educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP MM Materials Management, SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management, SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong capability in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective process solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and integration.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation related to business processes and performance metrics.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions to communicate process designs and changes effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
