This role requires continuous monitoring, managing incidents, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands proactive problem-solving and timely response to operational challenges to support business continuity and service excellence.

Job Title: Citrix Administrator

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily VDI administration, maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
- Providing end-user support related to VDI
- Creating SOPs for known issues.
- Stay up to date with new Citrix, Azure and AWS features which can be implemented for improvements and optimizations
- Provide value Adds and Identify opportunities for improving performance and efficiency of Citrix DaaS environments
- Experience in Creation and maintenance of VDI master images
- Experience in Creation and maintenance of Machine Catalogs and Delivery Groups
- Citrix Monitor for performance and monitor event alerts and take appropriate action
- Must have an extensive working experience with Machine Creation Services (MCS) in a VDI environment
- Patch Management in VDI environment
- Implement new desktop systems according to documented plans and published change control processes
- Incident, Problem and Change Management

Professional Attributes:
- Proficient in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019).
- PowerShell Scripting
- Citrix Product upgradation and Migration tasks including hotfix management
- Should have knowledge and experience on Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Concepts
- Exposure and working level knowledge of working with and interfacing to global delivery teams
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborating with Team
- Proactive approach learning and adapting to new technologies
- Strong service attitude and a commitment to quality.

- Willingness to work in 24x7 model
- RTO- 3 days office presence


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
