Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Manage and administer production environments for large-scale applications.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
Configure, monitor, and optimize AWS services including compute, storage, networking, and database components.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps services and Jenkins.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.
Manage containerized workloads and Kubernetes/EKS clusters in production environments.
Perform Linux and Windows server administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and related tools.
Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure efficient software delivery and operational excellence.
Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
Manage source code repositories and version control workflows using Git.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Strong experience in designing, maintaining, and administering production environments for enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Administration using AWS Console and AWS CLI.
Good knowledge of AWS services, including: EC2 S3 IAM Route 53 ElasticSearch/OpenSearch ElastiCache DynamoDB Aurora Kinesis Lambda
Experience implementing complex deployments using: AWS CloudFormation Terraform Ansible
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Automation tools such as: Ansible Chef Puppet
Good understanding of Git and source code repository management.
Hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD platform such as Jenkins.
Experience working with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Strong scripting skills using Bash and/or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
Experience configuring monitoring and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
