Role Summary
The Learning Experience Designer joins Amazon Robotics’ Learning Experience and Technology team to design and develop scalable, immersive learning experiences for engineers and project managers. The AR-LExT team creates product- and safety-focused learning experiences for Amazon Robotics, RME, and Operations organizations, using a data-driven approach to support organizational performance and continuous learning.

The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and immersive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning design, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. He or she will have a minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design or a related field, with a strong track record of creating impactful learning experiences.
Key job responsibilities

* Design and develop learning solutions, including technical documentation, job-aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
* Design and develop skills-based learning programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
* Evaluate the effectiveness solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Ensure learning solutions are aligned with the overall learning strategy and business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
