Job Description
- Execute RFI, RFP, and RFQ events for R&D categories under Sourcing Lead guidance and in line with Takeda procurement policies
- Prepare scopes of work, supplier questionnaires, evaluation criteria, and tender packages
- Manage supplier communications, Q&A, event trackers, and sourcing documentation in SAP Ariba
- Conduct market research across CRO, Lab Services, Pharma Sciences, and related R&D categories
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, including capabilities, compliance, pricing, and market position
- Gather market intelligence and pricing benchmarks to support sourcing recommendations
- Analyze supplier proposals and prepare structured evaluation summaries for Sourcing Lead review
- Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and support the category savings pipeline
- Support contract drafting, review coordination, approval workflows, renewals, and contract record maintenance
- Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, ethical sourcing checks, and performance milestone tracking
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with Takeda policies, SOPs, and governance standards
- Collaborate with operational buyers in Central Finance to ensure smooth handover for operational RFx execution
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Experience in life sciences, R&D, clinical research, CROs, Lab Services, or Pharma Sciences is preferred
- Understanding of Source-to-Contract processes, procurement guidelines, supplier management, and governance requirements
- Experience supporting RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and contract administration
- Proficiency with SAP Ariba or equivalent eSourcing tools
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to analyze spend, pricing, and supplier proposals
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and diplomatic approach, with the ability to work independently in a global and changing environment
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using generative or agentic AI to improve procurement processes
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries
- Experience with procurement transformation, digital enablement, or process improvement
- Additional language skills

zł117,600.00 - zł161,700.00
